ORDERING PRODUCTS:

 

When you order products and/or gift vouchers from this website, you are agreeing to pay the stated price for that product/voucher and the relevant shipping charges (where applicable). The products/vouchers remain the property of The Colour Bug until they are fully paid for.

PRICING AND PAYMENTS:

Prices of all items are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST (where applicable).

You can make payments via credit or debit cards (using VISA, MASTERCARD or American Express). All payments are processed through our point of sale system known as Square.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

Since our items are all one-of-its-kind, sometimes it is possible that the we may have to cancel your order - for example if more than person has ordered the item at the same time, or if the item is found to be in damaged condition. If this happens we will contact you to discuss the matter, and give you a full refund for the cancelled order.

Personal information that you provide to us in relation your your online order or enquiry, is treated with great respect and, will not NOT be disclosed to any third-party unless it is required to do so to fulfill your purchase order or enquiry, for example, to delivery companies, or financial service providers. Please note that these companies are also under obligation to secure privacy of all information provided to them. Sensitive information such as credit card number is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We only collect information that is relevant and necessary to support our business activities including for the purposes of direct promotion or business process improvement. Collection of information can be in form of online ordering forms, email enquiries, marketing surveys and/or subscription registrations.
