Gentle machine wash at 30 degrees. Do not bleach.

Be kind to your environment and use natural detergents where possible.  

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Orders placed before 1 pm (AEST), are dispatched the next morning.
Orders placed after 1 pm (AEST), are dispatched within the next 2 days. 

Note: We are a small business with limited resources, and hence, during busy periods (such as Christmas and New Year), it may take us 3-4 days to dispatch your order. Nevertheless, you will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

All Standard Shipping orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days of dispatch depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently DO NOT ship outside of Australia. But feel free to register your interest with us on: thecolourbug@outlook.com and we will get in touch as soon as we have International shipping options. 

Here at The Colour Bug we offer an exchange or refund for items, as long as they are in their original condition with its price tag attached. Make sure you return the items within 14 days of purchase. You will have to pay the return shipping cost though.

Sale items can only be exchanged, and not refunded.

We try to ensure quality in everything we sell. But our products are handmade and sometimes mistakes do happen. In which case, faulty merchandise may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days.

Unfortunately, earrings and body jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Also remember, refunds can only be processed using the original tender and EFTPOS refunds must be processed to the original card.
